Cheesy Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. imitation crab meat, cut into 1-inch lengths
6 large jalapeno peppers, sliced
mayonnaise to moisten
4 oz. Monterey Jack
4 oz. mild Cheddar
Preparation

Mix and spread first 4 ingredients into a shallow appetizer dish.
Sprinkle cheese over.
Microwave for 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve with Nabisco Waverly crackers.
