Reita'S Surprise Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (13 1/2 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crusts
Preparation

Mix together milk and lemon juice. Refrigerate until cool. Drain pineapple thoroughly. Add to juice mixture.
Stir in pecans. Fold in Cool Whip and blend thoroughly.
Pour into pie crusts and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
Makes 2 pies.
