Sara'S Favorite Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large baking potatoes
    some water
    1 Tbsp. tarragon
    1 Tbsp. dill
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes; cut in wedges.
    Put potatoes in large pot and cover with water.
    Add herbs.
    Cook potatoes until done (10 to 15 minutes).
    Spoon 1/3 of mixture into blender and puree.
    Pour back into pot.
    Stir soup.
    Spoon 1/3 of stirred mixture into blender and puree.
    Pour back and stir.
    Ladle soup into bowls; garnish with one handful cheese.
    Serve.
    (Serves approximately 4, depending on appetites!)
