Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sauerkraut
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 c. pepper
    1/2 c. celery
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Chop onion, pepper and celery fine.
    Add to sauerkraut. Pour sugar, salad
    oil
    and
    vinegar
    over sauerkraut mixture. Will keep for weeks in refrigerator.
