Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetable combination (broccoli, carrots and cauliflower), thawed and drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained
    1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a bowl, combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, the sour cream, pepper, pimientos and 1/2 can of French fried onions.
    Pour into a shallow 1-quart casserole.
    Bake, covered, att 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across top; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
