Round Steak Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
garlic salt
salt
pepper
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 to 4 potatoes, peeled
1 can French-style beans, drained
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 large can tomatoes
Preparation

Season round steak lightly with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Cut into serving pieces and place in pot with sliced onion which has been separated into rings.
Add potatoes and green beans.
Top with tomato soup and tomatoes.
Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, then turn to low for 8 hours in crock-pot or in oven for 2 hours at 375\u00b0.
