Cottage Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. wide egg noodles
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 (1 lb.) can applesauce
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 envelope cream leek soup mix
    1 1/4 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Boil salted water and add noodles.
    Continue boiling, stirring occasionally until tender.
    Drain.
    Combine soup mix, butter, pepper, mustard and milk in saucepan.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until sauce thickens.
    Toss noodles with sauce, cottage cheese, applesauce, raisins and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Put into 2 1/2-quart baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until bubbly hot.
    Serves 6.
