Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced celery
3 c. cubed cooked chicken
1/2 c. small seedless grapes
1/2 c. toasted pecans or almonds, coarsely chopped
1/4 c. flaked coconut
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
pinch of white pepper
1/4 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Toss lightly to combine celery, chicken, grapes, pecans and coconut. Gradually blend into whipped cream, mayonnaise, salt and white pepper. Pour whipped cream mixture over salad ingredients; mix lightly. Cover and chill. Serve on chilled, crisp lettuce or fresh pineapple
