Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, pared and thinly sliced
1 medium onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Melt butter in pan.
Add salt.
Combine milk and soup.
Mix slowly into pan.
Add potatoes and onion.
Heat, stirring occasionally.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
