Cheese-Sausage Bake(Breakfast Or Brunch Dish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bread (decrust; optional)
1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 eggs
1 1/2 to 2 lb. cooked sausage or links, cut in 3 sections
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Lay bread flat on bottom of pan or baking dish.
Spread grated cheese over bread.
Lay sausage pieces or slices over cheese.
Mix eggs, milk and dry mustard and pour over bread and cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
