Cheese Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Slowly add milk to soup, stirring well, until evenly blended. In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, arrange alternating layers of potatoes, onion and soup mixture.
    Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
