Sweet Potato French Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet potatoes
    water
    salt
    flour
Preparation
    Peel sweet potatoes and cut into strips for fries.
    Place in water and salt so as not to blacken.
    Heat oil in fryer.
    When grease is hot enough, shake potatoes in a sealable bowl with flour and salt just to coat the fries.
    Shake off excess flour and place into hot grease.
    Fry until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Serve with catsup.
    They're a very sweet tasting fry.
