Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cracker crumbs
1 pt. oysters
1 c. cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Spread 1/2 cracker crumbs in buttered baking dish.
Cover with oysters.
Sprinkle pepper; pour 1/2 cream over casserole.
Add remaining cream and butter over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
