Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can LeSueur peas
1 (17 oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn
1 (15 1/2 oz.) French green beans
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 to 1 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. vinegar
Preparation

Drain and combine vegetables.
Toss lightly.
Combine remaining ingredients in medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil over low heat. Stir occasionally.
Pour over vegetables.
Stir gently to blend. Cover and chill at least 24 hours.
Drain excess liquid before serving.
