Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar and oil.
    Cream well.
    Add flour, cinnamon and vanilla.
    Add apples and 1/2 pecans.
    Pour batter into greased tube or Bundt pan.
    Sprinkle remaining pecans over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Cool.
