Easy Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large round steak
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    chopped onion and bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In skillet, brown meat; cut in strips and put in oil.
    Salt and pepper.
    Remove from skillet.
    Add other ingredients in skillet and stir until mixed well.
    Add 1 1/2 soup cans of water.
    Put meat in casserole dish.
    Pour mixture in skillet over meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Bake, covered.
    You may need to add more water if it cooks down.
