Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cube steak
    1/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. oil
    2 onions, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3/4 c. chili sauce
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Dredge steak in flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown in hot oil. Add onion, celery, garlic, chili sauce and water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 1 hour or until tender.
