Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. mint flavoring
1 or 2 drops coloring (to suit)
Preparation

Mix with fork the cheese, flavoring and coloring.
Add powdered sugar.
Mix with hands until mixture is like a ball of clay. Pinch off small balls.
Roll in sugar.
Press in mold.
