Ingredients

12 ice cream sandwiches
1 large container Cool Whip
1 pkg. slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Unwrap and place 5 to 6 ice cream sandwiches in bottom of 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Mix flavorings with defrosted Cool Whip. Spread layer of ice cream sandwiches with Cool Whip mixture, then repeat layers.
Toast almonds (lightly) and sprinkle on top. Freeze.
Cut into squares and serve.
Serves 20 to 24 small servings.
