Green Rice Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice (3/4 c. raw)
    2 c. sharp grated cheese
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 stick oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    2 large buds garlic
    1/2 c. chopped parsley or 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1/2 c. chopped green onions or 2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Saute onions, minced garlic and parsley in oleo. Beat eggs and add milk and other ingredients.
    Bake in well-greased and floured ring mold at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes. Do not brown!
    Remove on plate and serve hot.
