Best Ever Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    4 (1 lb.) boxes powdered sugar
    1 c. cocoa
    1 lb. oleo
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Melt the Velveeta cheese and oleo in a double boiler, stir occasionally.
    In the meantime, put the powdered sugar, cocoa and pecans in a very large bowl.
    (I use a large blue enameled pan with white dots on it, the same one I roast a turkey in.)
    Mix well. When cheese and oleo have melted, stir in vanilla and immediately pour over mixture in large pan.
    You have to work quickly mixing this, and it is very hard to mix (you cannot use a mixer).
    Either line your cookie sheets with waxed paper or spray with Pam.
    You have to pat the fudge into the pans.
    It makes a very large amount, but it can easily be halved.
