Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. browned ground sausage, bacon or ham
    2 1/4 c. milk
    10 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    2 c. bread (approximately 5 slices), cut up
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Combine eggs, milk, mustard, salt and cheese.
    Beat well.
    Pour over bread and meat in pan.
    Bake 30 minutes.
