Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    milk
    margarine or butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in oven or microwave.
    Scoop out potato from shell into mixing bowl.
    Mash potatoes with milk and margarine or butter, salt and pepper to taste.
    Spoon mashed potatoes back into shells and place in oven under boiler until tops begin to brown, approximately 5 minutes.
    Shredded cheese, bacon bits, sour cream or other ingredients may be added to mashed potato mix before broiling, if desired.
