Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
4 to 6 pork chops, salt and peppered
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans milk
Preparation

Brown pork chops in a little oil until well browned on each side.
Remove from oil and drain. Stir into drippings the soup and milk. Cook until blended. Put rice in bottom of baking dish and place pork chops on top.
Pour soup mixture over top of chops. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
