Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 can vegetables
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine meat, egg, cracker or bread crumbs, pepper, salt and vegetables.
    Shape into a loaf to fit a 9 x 5 safe
    loaf pan so meat does not touch the sides of the dish. Cover with aluminum foil. Put in the oven 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 and put off the aluminum foil. Put in the oven for 10 minutes more.
