Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bag frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 sticks margarine
2 1/4 c. Minute rice, cooked as directed
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small box Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cook broccoli and onion until tender; drain.
Add margarine, soup, bouillon cube and cheese.
Mix until melted.
Stir in cooked rice.
Pour into baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
