Chimney Corner Dressing(Red) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vinegar
2 c. catsup
1 onion, finely grated
Preparation
-
Grate onion in food processor.
Add other ingredients and beat hard until well blended.
The dressing will begin to turn orange when it is blended enough.
Makes 1 quart and 1 pint.
