Avocado-Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salad oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 medium avocado
    2 small oranges, sectioned
Preparation
    Mix together the vinegar, salad oil and salt; set aside.
    Cut avocado into bite-size pieces.
    Add to orange sections.
    Toss gently with vinegar mixture.
    May serve in half shells of avocado, if desired.
    Serves 2.
