Forgotten Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans water
1 lb. chicken breasts
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Combine cream soup and water.
Bone and skin chicken breasts. Put rice in bottom of casserole dish.
Pour cream soup mixture over rice.
Place chicken breasts on top of this.
Sprinkle dry onion soup over all.
Cover and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
