Cheesecake Tartlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
18 vanilla wafers
strawberry pie filling

Preparation

Mix all together, except wafers, in mixer.
Put on wafer in bottom of each paper muffin cup.
Put mixture on top of wafer. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Top with filling.
You can use different pie filling.
