Aunt Dorothy'S Fudge Scotch Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 c. butterscotch morsels
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. walnut halves
    1/4 c. walnuts (for top)
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips with condensed milk over hot, not boiling, water.
    Stir occasionally until mixture begins to thicken.
    Add chopped nuts and vanilla.
    Cool for about 1 hour. Butter ring mold and place the 3/4 cup walnut halves around bottom.
    Spoon mixture in mounds onto walnuts.
    Decorate with remaining 1/4 cup walnuts.
    Chill in refrigerator until firm enough to slice.
    Keeps well in tightly covered container after it is once set.
