Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 unbeaten eggs
2 c. sifted plain flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. raisins
chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil.
Add eggs.
Mix in flour, cinnamon, baking powder, soda and salt.
Fold in carrots, raisins and some nuts.
Bake in 2 layers for 30 to 40 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Frost with caramel icing.
