Dofu Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 pkg. Dofu, mashed
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 clove garlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 small onion, grated
1/8 tsp. sage
1/8 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. McKay's beef seasoning
1/3 c. water
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and allow to stand for 10 minutes. Form into balls and roll in additional bread crumbs.
Fry in 1/2-inch of oil, turning frequently.
