Broiled Crab Meltaways - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, softened
1 (7 oz.) jar Old English sharp Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (7 oz.) can crab meat
6 English muffins, cut in half (or more)
Preparation

Rinse crab meat with cold water and dry on paper towels.
Mix top 6 ingredients well and spread on muffins.
Freeze for at least 30 minutes.
They may be kept frozen for weeks.
When party time arrives, broil them until they puff up and are bubbly and slightly brown.
They just take a few minutes.
Serve hot.
