Orange Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. biscuit mix
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. orange rind
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease loaf pan.
    Beat biscuit mix, sugar, egg, orange juice and rind vigorously.
    Stir in nuts.
    Pour into well-greased loaf pan.
    Bake for 50 to 55 minutes (bread is done when toothpick comes out dry).
    Cool before slicing.
