Gail'S Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. olive oil
    4 to 6 garlic cloves, chopped
    ripped romaine lettuce
    croutons
    grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    black pepper
Preparation
    Combine egg yolks, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, olive oil and garlic cloves.
    Let set 1/2 hour.
    Cool before serving. Pour over ripped romaine lettuce.
    Add croutons, grated Parmesan or Romano cheese and black pepper.
