Mexican Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. instant rice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1/4 c. whole kernel corn
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Saute rice in oil until golden.
    Add chicken broth, garlic powder, onions and tomato paste.
    Stir to mix well.
    Add corn, cover and cook until liquid is absorbed.
