Light Velvet Cake(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
4 oz. fat-free cream cheese
1/2 c. egg substitute
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 c. nonfat buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
vegetable cooking spray
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat butter and cream cheese at medium speed until creamy; gradually add sugar, beating well.
Gradually add egg, beating well.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
Add to butter mixture alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour.
Make low-fat cream cheese icing.
