No-Peek Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) cut round steak
    1 pkg. beefy or regular onion soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 soup can water
    4 to 5 carrots, sliced
Preparation
    Place ingredients in crock-pot on low for 8 hours.
    Or bake in oven in glass dish for 3 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Serve over cubed or mashed potatoes or noodles.
    Will hold if Dad is late for dinner!
