Orange Breakfast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. sugar, divided
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 to 3 c. flour, divided
    2 Tbsp. orange peel
    2/3 c. blanched, sliced almonds
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, sprinkle yeast over water.
    Let stand 5 minutes until yeast is dissolved.
    Stir in 1/4 cup sugar, salt, sour cream, 6 tablespoons butter and eggs. Add 1 3/4 cups flour and beat 2 minutes with electric mixer. Stir in remaining flour to make soft dough. Cover and let rise in a warm, draft-free place until double in bulk, 45 to 60 minutes.
