Sweet And Sour Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head red cabbage, finely shredded
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 slices bacon, diced and cooked until crispy
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook cabbage and onion with water and vinegar until crispy done. Drain. Mix brown sugar, flour, salt, pepper and vinegar. Add to bacon; stir. Add cabbage and heat thoroughly. Taste. Correct seasoning, salt, pepper, vinegar and brown sugar.
