David Eyre Pancake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar*
juice of 1/2 lemon*
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Combine flour, milk and egg in a mixing bowl and beat lightly, leaving batter slightly lumpy.
Melt butter in an ovenproof 12-inch skillet.
When very hot, add batter to skillet and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar and briefly return to oven. Pour lemon juice on top and serve immediately.
