Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen broccoli
    2 stalks celery, minced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 large jar Velveeta jalapeno cheese
    4 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Melt butter and saute onion and celery.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Makes 2 casseroles.
