Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 c. grated raw carrots (4 or 5)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pinch salt
nuts (if desired)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour in a floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Use Cream Cheese Frosting if desired.
