Ingredients

1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. dill seed
1 tsp. Italian red crushed pepper
1 clove garlic
2 1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. water
3 Tbsp. pickling salt
1 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation
-
Boil vinegar, water, salt, and sugar for 3 minutes.
Pack okra in pint jars with first 4 ingredients.
Fill with hot liquid. Seal jars.
Place in hot water bath, bring to a boil.
Boil 5 minutes.
