Sour Cream Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. egg noodles
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. tomato sauce
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain and rinse.
    Place butter in skillet and cook onion and ground beef until brown.
    Drain fat.
    Add spices and tomato sauce.
    Simmer about 5 minutes.
    Mix together sour cream and cottage cheese.
