Crispy Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 10 qt. unsalted popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. margarine
    1/2 c. Karo (light)
Preparation
    Boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
    Pour over popcorn; mix well.
    Bake, covered, in roaster 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Stir occasionally.
