Casserole Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 corn tortillas (6 to 7-inch diameter)
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
    1 medium-size green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 can (7 oz.) green chile salsa
    1 tsp. dry oregano leaves
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    salt
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 can (7 oz.) whole green chiles, seeded and cut into strips
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    sliced ripe olives
Preparation
    Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
    Prepare as directed for Crisp-Fried Tortilla pieces; set aside.
