Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2 c. coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt and flour.
Add milk; stir until smooth. (Cook in a double boiler.)
When hot, add egg yolks and cook until thick.
Add coconut and vanilla.
Top with meringue.
