Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped dates
2 3/4 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut (save some to roll in)
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet.
Add beaten egg, sugar and dates and cook for 6 minutes.
Mix remaining 3 ingredients.
Pour cooked mixture over dry ingredients.
Mix.
Roll in balls.
Roll in remaining coconut.
